WiMAX Models

The below models are some models that JFW has designed for WiMAX applications. These models are also located on our standard sortable product tables.
WiMAX is a trademark that was created by the WiMAX Forum to help market products that meet the WirelessMAN (IEEE 802.16) standard. The IEEE 802.16 standards define the protocols for broadband wireless metropolitan area networks. The three most popular WiMAX frequency bands are 2.3GHz, 2.5GHz, and 3.5GHz.

The WiMAX Forum lists these as frequency bands used worldwide:

2.3 – 2.4 GHz
2.5 – 2.69 GHz
3.3 – 3.4 GHz
3.4 – 3.6 GHz
3.6 – 3.8 GHz
5.725 – 5.85 GHz
